Execution of a will in a timley manor

The estate in question was turned over to the exeutor of the estate to liquidate ,sell all assets/prperty distribute betwen 6 siblings this began aprox 8 years ago the exeutor has set the estate up as a business and continues to post pone the execution of said estate what can be done to get the will executed and re reviewed by another judge the executor of the estate wants the estate for him self wishing to purchase though can not afford and has put an under market price on said estate what can be legaly done to get the ball roling on having this eatate setteld, there have been thousand of dollars lost to airs of this estate by not executing the will and having the proceds put in each siblings accounts where they could have been drawing interest all these years

You may be able to bring an application to have the executor removed. You would need to prove serious misconduct. Merely taking a long time is generally not enough, but neglect of the estate, waste, mismanagement, conflict of interest, that sort of thing, might do the trick. Talk to a lawyer, they`ll be able to give you an idea of whether you have a case. At the least, a lawyer could write a letter on your behalf making inquiries and might light a fire under the executor.
