My father left me $25,000 in his will. Everything else went to my mother. It has been almost 8 months since he died. I have not received my $25,000. My mother keeps telling me she is going to give me a check. My brother was left out of the will. I think he is telling my mother he wants $25,000 also. She is afraid if she does not give it to him, he will cut her off. She lives alone and although in fairly good health , but does not drive. She needs him for errands etc. When he gets angry, he does not call her or visit until he gets his way.
