Father gave sister and I home before he passed which we own jointly. I paid all the taxes and ins. on that home since 2004 and have rented half from her for 6 months. She put it up for sale without my consent, I am unable to buy her half out. She's kicking me and my family out.
Father passed 2004, sister is executor of property with 2 homes willed to sister & myself and on which my mobilehome sits. It was agreed if property was ever sold, mobilehome would go to. She kicked my daughter out of the mobile home we were renting to her. So I had to make that payment on top of the lot rent to her. She rents the other homes to just anyone and comes to me for money when they don't pay. She doesn't pay taxes until it is about to go for tax sale. She never offered copy of the will, I got one from the courthouse. Never paid inheritance or gains. It's been 6 yrs. She rakes in the rent and asks for more. She blew the 100,000 life insurance but that wasn't enough. She passed on an offer that would have paid all the debts, sold my mobilehome, and left me willing to give her all the rest. She is not selling my home with the property now. Would like suggestions on what to do?
