Executor Compensation in Colorado?

I thought I remember seeing somewhere that compensation for executors is 4% of the estate's value in Colorado. I've looked again and can't find it. Can anybody point me to an official URL or something? Thanks!

The best thing to do is ask your lawyer for the statute on that.

Even if the fee is 4% of whatever, it can be higher or lower depending on what the court rules.

I don't have a lawyer and am doing informal probate. As far as I know I just have to file papers to close probate--the clerk never mentioned anything about a ruling.

Ask the clerk what you should put down.
