Permanent Residency Expired Green Card - Now in India

My wife's green card has expired in 2004 and her reentry permit too has exopired . She returned to India in 2002 to look after my mother. I am US Citizen and worked in Us for about 9 years. I am now in India doing consultancy and will go back in May 2008. My married daughter is in US Woerking and my son is doing his MS in US. Both my children and I are Us Citizens.

Is there a way to get my wife's green card reinstated when I am in India

If she is in India, contact the embassy.............they can handle it but would take a while. She might qualify to be given an entry permit to come take care of the problem here......Sometimes a lawyer in the US can do it they don't need her new biometrics.
