So go pickup your son. Call the police if she refuses. If you have legal custody, you are stopping yourself.

If it is definitely a temporary order that expired (& not a permanent order), go get your son. The custodial parent has rights to him, unless the guardianship was extended.

I have the order in my hand it says TEMPORARY ORDER NOT TO EXCEED 6 MONTHS

Ok. You will still have to talk to a lawyer since it seems Father has legal custody.

Do nothing until you have met with a lawyer (or two) in your county.
The worse thing you can do is make a scene or cause a ruckus.
You may not know everything, and it is never wised to go off half cocked.
Once you have engaged a lawyer to assist you, follow the advice of THAT lawyer ONLY.

The problem is you do not have custody. Dad needs to go collect the child or you need to seek a court order.
