Criminal Records, Expungement Expunged, but still visible?

I was convicted of misdemeaner drug possession in 1998 and driving without insurance in 2000. I recently hired an attorney to have my record expunged but, I just did a background check on myself online and the charges remain. What's up with that? What the hell did I pay for and what should I do now?

How recently did you get your record expunged? If it was like over a year ago, you should complain to the lawyer.

If not, just wait a while.
