I want to immigrate to Canada, the only problem is i had a DUI in 2007 and Canada will not let You immigrate untill a dui is 5 years old from the time you have completed your probation. Is there any chance i can get this conviction expunged seeing it is so recent.

My the time you get it expunged you will be closing on on that 5 years anyway... just wait it out.
