Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft exradition help nv-ny

i am just curious as to if anyone can help with a question i have...i know someone who was on felony probation, for idenity theft, a class e felony, whom lived in ny, and moved to NV without telling his probation, he doesnt have a big record criminaly, but now my question is, will NY come get him if he is found in NV? help is greatly aprreicated!
