Exs Obligations

My ex owes me for past medical on our child. He keeps saying that he doesn't have the money to repay after he said he would. Medical is court ordered but DSS says they can't help on past medical even though it was ordered. Can I sue and if so how? No one around here wants to give out advice only wants a person to pay for an attorney. Well if I could afford one, I probably wouldn't need the $1400 owed me.

Go to your county court house get the small claim form, fill it out, hand them back in to the court, get him served and go to court---
