Extradition

I'm in Florida but have non violent warrant out of my.Will my come and get me

It depends on what you are alleged to have done, who your alleged victim is, etc...

The generic answer these days is PROBABLY not.

Extraditing someone costs money, lots of money, and states these days are careful about how they waste the taxpayers' money.

That doesn't mean you won't be greatly inconvenienced if you are ever stopped by the police, your information is run, and the warrant is revealed.

Most of the time in those cases, a person such as yourself, is arrested, hauled off to jail, kept there for several days, and finally released when the agency issuing the warrant says they won't come to get you.

You might also find it difficult to obtain a drivers license, as KY will most likely revoke yours, assuming you have one.

Finally, once a warrant is put into NCIC it rarely is ever removed when the alleged offender absconds.
