Exwife and medical bills

My exwife is after me for past medical bills for our joint children which we are to pay 50/50. my divorce decree states, "within 30 days of a party receiving a bill for the above described services, said party shall provide a copy to the other parent and within 30 days reimburse the other parent or make the payment directly to the service provider, whichever is appropriate." So my question is this, can she legally go after past bills for which she NEVER gave me a copy of? Thanks

At least in Texas courts, judges have been known to be lenient, when the ex can establish that prior efforts to get medical bills paid have been ignored.
