Exwife wants to get stuff left behind

Divorced in July of 2008. Exwife recently contacted me(Dec. 2009) stating that she wanted to get the rest of her stuff out of the house that she left when she moved out in July of 2007. When told that her stuff was no longer stored in my house and that it was given to charity or just thrown out, she started threatening legal action that would cost alot of money. Does anybody out there know if she has any recourse or if she is just blowing smoke?

Unless the divorce decree specified these items be returned to her (and it would typically specify a time period that they must be picked up by the ex-wife), smoking blowing.
