Long story short - my kids and superintendent's kids had a big blowout 6 months ago. My kids apologized, he refused to accept, since then he's falsely reported me to management about garbage issues. I tried calling management dozens of times, no call backs, no responses from them. Two weeks ago i had to call the police on the super's wife because she was harassing my daughter outside. A week later I receive a notice to quit, I'm supposed to be out by April 28. I have witnesses to everything, and I have done nothing wrong. I plan on going to trial on this. Any chance I can win?
