App wont allow me to list all the charges together but they are serious charges anyway what can I legally do to help someones case when someone will testify against the defendent and I have known the witness for atleast 20 years but he is a known liar even more so when he is getting something out of it. I can testify to that fact along wifh some others anyway he is also now living with the victim who is ALSO THE DEFENDENTS WIFE so what can I do to make sure the Judge, the Prossecuting Attorney, and anyone that matters knows the witness should not be testifying at all???

Alas, you cannot do anything resembling legal advice or help. The best you can do is help the defendant get the money together for a decent attorney.

Agree - defendant needs an attorney. The attorney will help the person.
