I've been a postpaid subscriber on sun cellular network since January 2012. Last August, my account reached the credit limit so my line was temporarily disconnected. I still paid them every month but not the full payment cause I have other bills to pay. I paid them full plus the interest and the replacement of sim last December 17, the same year. They told me everything was okay and I have NO charges left.. Later this year, on April, I was trying to call a friend but instead, I was diverted to their line and a recorded operator told me that I have unsettled bills to pay and my line was cut from outgoing calls and messages. I became confused so I called to their customer service to ask why my line was blocked from any outgoing services, the operator then told me that I havent payed my bill last Oct-Dec 2012 and they posted it late. I know I paid everything last December 2012, I even asked the cashier and the manager several times if everything was paid they told me it was several times too! Can I press charges to the Telecom Company? What charges can I file? Where do I file them? Please help me. I have a reciept proving that I paid everything last December 17. BTW, I'm from Philippines.
