My 16 year old son received a ticket today for failing to reduce speed for conditions (rain). He was changing lanes to avoid a slow car and hydoplaned and he spun 270 and then another car clipped his rear end. What does he do now? Concerned for the rise of insurance. Is there any way he can get a PFJ?

I'm not sure if a PFJ is available when there is an accident. Go in and talk to the prosecutor. Your insurance likley will still go up because of the at fault accident. Ask your insurance agent.
