I'm not sure if I can fight this but I would like to know what you thought. I was on a two lane road and was situated on the left on the "straight or left only" lane [yellow star]. I have always gone to what I thought was straight all these years [red star] because the road looked like the right "straight" road. Turns out the lane was for where the green stars are marked.
In my defense, the lane with the red star looks like the "straight" road versus the one with the green star. The blue lines are there to mark the angles.

It seems like a LOT of cars do the same thing as me. I could sit down with a camera and record the amount of cars that commit the same offense. I feel like I can't really fight this as it is based more off "human judgment" and that the other lane is a right only lane. What do you think?
Oh, and there's no court date marked. It's been a week since I've been given this ticket and it still hasn't popped up online.
