Fall from attic and broken back

Hello, I'm from CT and looking for some help. I was visiting different house for the purpose of buying and while in the unfinished attic of one bank owned property with my real estate agent, a piece of the ceiling where I was standing fell down the ground and I fell down 10-12 feet down on the floor on my back and doctors found 2 fractures in my spine. I'm asked for bed rest for a few weeks before they examine me again and to use a brace when I need to sit or stand. Can I sue the bank who owns the property, my real estate agent who shouldn't lead me to that area or both? Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.

I'm sure you can and probably will sue, but you chose to go into that area and really should not recover. But that's not how it works. Get yourself a PI attorney and he/she will get your medical bills paid and some injury money.
