We live in long beach ca90802 my kitchen is back to back with number 4 on other side of building number nine I think is always calling police for lies saying I'm washing at four in morning laundry lock at eight saying we're banging he's on the other side of the building he's back to back with number nine there been out here ten times last two months with out rageous aviation safety including tonight we ask them did they hear any noise when they came they said no how do I find out whose calling and how do I make a complaint on who Evers calling someone please help me.

You can notify your landlord if you haven't already. Just try to ignore them - usually people like this get tired of bothering you/making complaints about you & stop eventually.
