I purchased an $18,000 car. The sales rep said they will give me Kelly book value on my car. They only gave me $500 on a 2003 Hyundai Sante Fe with 155,000 miles. The book value is actually at least $1,000 more. They also charged me for for a service contract I thought was free $1,900). To top it all off they advertised the car for $2,000 less than they put on the sticker. I realized this when I got home and checked the vin number. They evidently put a new ticket on the car while I was waiting to see it. Do I have an recourse.

Sounds like you should do better homework next time before rushing off and buying a vehicle.

At this point probably not.
The time for you to raise these concerns was before you signed all the paperwork. Apparently you signed and did not read, which is a major car buying no-no.

Doubtful. Did you not realize any of this before you signed the contract/paperwork - did you not read what you signed before you signed it?
