I was recently terminated from my employer because 3 people in the union said I tried to kiss another employee. I am the supervisor who is non union and the 3 are daughter, mother and boyfriend. The boyfriend applied for my job but did not get it. The same individual said another union employee tried to kiss her two yrs ago but I was not the supervisor then so I was not involved with that. The so called allegations happened over 40 days ago and the investigation lasted 5 days but I was released anyway to make the union happy. I have written up both the mother and daughter for deliberate work stoppages to get out of doing a particular job. I don't want my job back just the harrasment allegations removed from my file, so I can get another job.
