I was at a party that was busted by police officers. I was under the influence of alcohol. The officer asked me what my name was and I gave him the wrong name. When I was asked again I told him my real name and handed him my drivers license. I did not have any fake identification on me. My ticket was for underage consumption and false impersonation. Is the false impersonation worth fighting and what should I expect for punishment if not? My bail was $75 that same night.
