I've been married for almost 2 years. My husband and I have a 3 year old together. Last year my husband was offered a promotion and we decided as a family to make the move from AZ to OH. I left my family, friends, and a really great paying job for him to get an advancement. Let's just say that he has been hell to live with since then. Last night he told me that he's had it and is filing for divorce. Turns out that he's been keeping a journal of all of my "wrong-doings" since before we moved (and possibly before we married) as well as recorded me when I had a bad night and was mad. He's threatened to turn off my cell phone, kick me out of the house, and sell the car that I am driving that is under his name. I *know* legally he can't do any of that but I'm at a loss. I've been staying home with our son since we moved so I don't have a way to even pay for an attorney if he decides to go through with his threat. My question is does him keeping a journal of all of my wrongdoings since before we moved count as false pretense? If he intended on staying married to me then there is no reason for him to keep any type of documentation, right? I feel like he used marrying me as a way to get me to move back to his home state to be within 2 miles of his family. I'm not sure what else to write except thank you in advance for all responses.
