I found a vehicle online through craigslist and purchased it last night. When I got home I discovered that the vehicle did not have air conditioning like the guy said it did. I asked him in an email prior to buying the vehicle if it had A/C and he stated yes it does.
It is going to now cost me $1600 to get A/C installed on the vehicle and had I known prior to buying it, that it did not have A/C I would not have purhcased the car, which was why I asked him if it had A/C or not before I bought it.
Do I have any recourse considering the guy I bought it from falsely advertised it and even stated to me that it has A/C when it really does not?
