Hello,
I am an independent contractor for a cellular company running an ebay store. I also have an ebay store of my own, which I sell cellular products as well. Today my boss called me in his office and had my store open on his desktop. Asked me where I got all my products from. I told him my friend who works at a separate store with nothing to do where I work.
That was not good enough for him, the funny thing is I only have a few (like 23 ) adds out there (not worth alot either). He accused me of taking the inventory out of his warehouse then behind closed doors, brandished a firearm. I , in no way, took, removed, pocketed, stole, borrowed any inventory of his AT ALL ever.
Is there anything I can do?
