I am being falsy acused af pety theft and need some help, The charging documents state that there is video of me steeling from sombody wich is untrue because I did nothing of the sort. The security company wont let me see the video with out a supena. I realy cant afford a lawyer and make a hair over the Fedaral guidlines to recive a public defender. How can i issue a supena or have a supena issued with out a lawyer?
