My parents owned there house it was paid for,My mother died my father remarried,he died 4 years ago,my step mom died last year.My step sister how has the house,Should'nt the house have went to next of kin, since it was my dads before he remarried? How & can I do anything to get our house back?

What you need to do is to go to the probate court and check the files of your father and of your step-mother. If that does not answer your question go to the registrar of deeds and have them help you look up the chain of title. Everything depends on how the house was titled and/or how it was transferred in the probate process. This needs to be done immediately since you only have a limited time to contest.
