My husband and I recently found out about our teenage daughter's promiscuity. When the boy was questioned by his mother, he falsely claimed that my husband knew all about it. His mother filed a complaint with the police, stating that my husband was condoning and promoting their activity. Child protective services and the local police began their investigations. My husband's employer, the local school district, put him on administrative leave. Both my husband and daughter have cooperated with the investigations and so far CPS has closed the case, stating that the accusations were completely unfounded. We are still wating to hear from the police and the school district. The mother is telling other parents about this, and it is questionable as to whether or not my husband will be able to return to work. Can anything be done to keep the boy's mother from spreading these lies?

Q: Can anything be done to keep the boy's mother from spreading these lies?

A: What did the boy's mother say when you asked her your questions?
