My daughter is 16 and lives in a different county than me. She wants to come visit me without her mother's consent. her mother and I were never married so no custody hearing was ever filed. Can i get in trouble for having her come?

Just because you werent married doesnt mean a visitation schedule cannot be ruled on. However it would not be wise to sneak her over.
