Favortisum what can I do

We have salary Personel my self included that are forced to clock in and out and some employes that don't have to. Is there anything that can be done?
 
Nope. Favoritism is not illegal, unless it is based SOLELY on a protected characteristic, such as your race, gender, religion, national origin, etc.
 
Also, salaried is only a pay method and means nothing in and of itself. But both exempt and non-exempt employees can be required to clock in and out - contrary to popular belief, clocking in and out does not destroy an exemption or make an otherwise exempt employee eligible for overtime.
