i purchase a french cruller at a dunkin donuts and ate half only to findmice feces in the other half is there any legal action i can take

You're probably entitled to a refund of the cruller and maybe some free coupons. Other than that, no.

Things are found in food at restaurants & such places on occasion. I don't see where you had any actual damages. They generally offer you a different cruller (or whatever it is) or refund your money. Sometimes, as noted, they will give you coupons for free items or discounted items. Sorry, no case.

First of all, rodent feces is often contaminated with very strange bacteria.
Plus, its feces, and consuming feces is never good for any creature except the dung beetle.
If I were you, I'd see my physician, urgent care, or hospital ER.
I'd treat this as a medical issue, then worry about any legalities.

Did you have it tested? I was a sales manager for wonder bread and hostess cakes for 17 years. During that time i got a few good laughs at people and what they THOUGHT was in some product. I once had a lady hit me with a loaf of bread because she said... " LOOK AT ALL THESE BUGS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BREAD " She didn't believe me when i told her. those were sesame seeds.. That some how got put into the tray during baking. Since they were so dark i assumed they were left from the previous item that was baked with sesame seeds. It does happen..... most people will call and say " Your not going to believe what i found " They accept another free item and coupons. Then you have those that wish to sue.... which 99% of the time results in another free product and coupons. If you wish to go forward with this... Your going to have to pay to have a lab test it. They can tell if it was baked in, put in (fake) during this testing as with all things the chemical compostion changes when anything is baked.
