Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication federal charges????

i got arrested for possesion of substance...well got bailed out...and already have had my first court date...i was driving my fiancee's car since they found stuff in the car....they took the car...she tried to get in contact with the officer to get the car back...the officer told her to meet them at a certain place and she will get the car back if she bring me with her....when we got there...they handed the car keys to my fiancee and started talking to me....telling me that they are going to turn charges to federal soon...or i should give in and help them out by snitching....is it possible...or they are just trying to scare me to get the info out....help please...i m real confused that i have to go thru all this all over again
