I have important questions... this involved myself(complaintant) in criminal which proceedings lasted almost a year with several adjournments, resulting in a 'not guilty' verdict due to lack of evidence, I did not see any investigaton reports, or evidence or detective signatures...the alibi of employment out of town was a fabrication, 911 tapes were suponeaed by Judge/District Attorney but were found in trial to be used to supporting defense... my 911 recording was ommitted in presentation... Poor written Central Booking reports at time of subjects' arrest resulted in a my own CB report to be listed in a negative fashion.(ACCIDENT AT HOME)!!!! because I am not in the business... I would like to know how I should go about this to reveiw it. It seemed like they didnt care(city court bureau) about this and I wasn't even notified or suponeaed for trial dates towards the end.... And, Am I justified in my opinion District Attorney/ City Court Bureau Office(liability) for losing this case??
