i was recently served with a search warrant from the thurston and pierce county sheriffs and they took around 120 marijuana plants, "grow lights", and a scale with heroin residue on it. Also they siezed $520, my fathers rifles and his pistol, my wallet, a cell phone, and a fan. i was booked for UDCS felony marijuana, my question is, how much trouble am i in

So, stop talking to anyone about this incident.

Plead not guilty, ask for a public pretender (or hire your own mouthpiece), stay outta any additional trouble, stop using dope (even weed), be patient, and speak only to your lawyer. However, now is the time to play dumb, very dumb. Shut your mouth like a clam shuts its shell.
