felony narcotics charge w/ traffic violations

My husband has been arrested. The charge is felony narcotics, the police did not find any drugs on him. The % dollar bag of weed was found in the van of a person he was with. the officer stated, he is being arrested for having to much mouth. but he is being charged with felony narcotics. he has warrants, traffic tickets total about $3400.00 from two diffrent counties.

What outcome should I expect?
