Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse felony possession

I am out on bond and have a courtdate set but no attorney and a pretty bad criminal history, it is a pcs charge pg1 but i honestly dont even know what drug it is because it was not mine, that being said, will the judge at least give me the opportunity to explain my situation?

You don't explain anything. You've tread this path in the past and I'm sure you know about your right to remain silent, so don't blab.
Appear as directed, plead not guilty, ask for a public defender, then you wait. The drill never changes, it always works this way.

As far as knowing and blabbing what the drug might be, that just won't be helpful.
Blabbing? Really? The judge wants to hear one thing, the prosecutor, too. I PLEAD GUILTY!
If you're anxious to live in a filthy jail or prison, get this behind you, by all means, plead guilty as charged, your honor.
If you want to avail yourself of your rights,slow your roll, wait, let them prove your guilt. That's how this works.
