Today I was giving a option at work either quit or take up with HR. Now I worked in that retail store for 1 year and 3 months. I was told that I was on film throwing firecrackers known as poppers on the floor in my work area. I did not. I felt forced to quit because it was either as they said "Sign this paper and you'll quit, no bad recored or take it up with HR and most or less be fired". So I felt forced to quit, even though I didn't do. I ask to see the film but they woundn't show me.

I'm asking do I have a chance against them for wrongful terimination or making me believe I had no choice?

Nope sorry you quit. You were given the choice to take it to HR there you could fight charge. You chose not to. Not only can you not file wrongful termination you cannot collect unemployment because you quit

A wrongful termination means that you were fired for a reason prohibited by law. It does not mean that you were fired for something you didn't do.

I would recommend that you apply for unemployment anyway. Often in a resign-or-be-fired situation the state will take that into consideration. Besides, what's the worst that can happen? If they say no, you're no worse off than if you never applied in the first place.
