two women begin to fight and appear the private security service. Insted of stopping the fight the women are lead beneath a security camera and when fight for a while the vigilants use their batons against the women.
Is delictive the behavior of the private security service ?

The private security does not necessarily have a duty to stop the fight.
It is possible that the security personnel committed a criminal offense when they engaged with batons.
I agree more information is needed to determine anything.

The fights are forbidden in that center.
 
I think the guards move the two women beneath the camera. Then let them fight and wait for a while. Meanwhile the guards were not beneath the camera. When was obvious to "the camera" there was a fight the guards begin the attack to the women to seperate them.... All was recorded, except the time before and the fact the guards know about the fight previously.
 
The camera used have no sound. But I suppose have a control of date and hour.
I am a witness (please, not a troll...). I was recording from the beginning with audio with two mobile phones devices. In mp3 format. I hope I can establish there was an "invitation" to go to the camera. That was a time during the women were fighting beneath the cameras that the guards do nothing.
Under all these suppositions there was a criminal offense ?
