Fighting for my rights!!! As deaf and heard of hearing

Hi, my name is Miss. Booth. I am Deaf and Heard of hearing, i have been fighting for my babies for last 3 years and State of Oklahoma and DHS had my ex-husband sign his rights away.. Should my babies be in my custody automatically? Well the state of Oklahoma and DHS wanted me to sign my rights and i refused to sign so I had jury trial and they jury had me as fail to protect and sign my rights away and my babies living with lesbian foster parents. I need help because state of Oklahoma does not understand about ADA laws and not have my requirement for last 3 years. PLEASE HELP ME! I WANT TO FIGHT FOR MY BABY AND FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS AS DEAF AND HEARD OF HEARING PARENT.

The ADA does not cover an inability to parent. Nothing wrong with lesbian couples. It just means they believe a pearl was found in the clams.

I'm not sure there is anything you can do - you already had a jury trial. What does your lawyer say?
