I was at a night club and got a ticket for fighting which cops didnt see. The gentleman that got pushec down didn't see who done. Me and my friend was around and someone said i did it . So my question is can,i beat this case. I do have a witness saying i did nothing and they have one saying the opposite.

Yes, you can beat it, but not if you don't handle it right. Plead not guilty and request an attorney. You won't get far on your own.
