filed Civil Suit In Pfo Per for Breach of Contract/Fraud Need guidelines process

I filed summons, coversheet and the complaint.
The Defendant was served those documents and an ADR Packet.

I forgot to submit the Verification Page with my complaint. How do I correct my error?
Was I suppose to file a Statement of Damages as well?
I am filing In Pro Per and could really use help on with the guidelines on what and when things need to be filed and served.

Contact the court clerk. They can inform you regarding proper procedure. Just explain that you need to file/serve additional documents.

I went to court on a eviction for nonpayment of rent one time this is the first time I was ever late. I live on a complex of 100units and the first time im late I get a three contrary I got a three day notice im always early. Anyhow I got judgment but don't understand it please help
