Filing for Divorce from Wife -Situation Horrible.

Hello

I live in GA and am in process of filing for a divorce from my wife, I have moved out but still maintain the other apartment along with th ebills.
She does not work, and we have been married for about a year legally.

She has brought men into the house which I recorded, she has had an online lover which I recorded and she has been having internet sex.
She has been getting text from Drug Dealers and all other kinds of men and it has increased in severity.
She is Gambian and going through an Immogration hearing for a Stalking charge against her last husband, whom I had spoke n too earlier when I belivd her to be the victim...and now everything he said he went through I too am experiencing.

I have to go to the Police station to file a Staliking / Protection order to prevent her from coming to my job harrssing me..she has left me numerous text and voice mails saying she was going to come to my job.

She aquired a copy of my keys when I let my guard down and let her into my place and made copies , I have had to change the locks on my place.
She is extremely violent, she whipped me in the face with an electric cord, she routinely smacks, punches and throws things at me when she gets angry.

I have found plates of empty cocaine bags at both of the places we moved too, she drinks until early morning and sleeps al day.
She just recently lost custody of her three year old daughter to her ex's mother and she has a son in Portland Ore, a daughter in Africa and her five year old who is going through hell right now.

I woke up and realised that this woman was basiclly using me, and now I need to get free from her...she is good at manipulating the legal syste, I found out that she got her husband locked up for false rape charges...however I think that they where hookin up when I was out of twon.
She will use sex to get what she wants and when that does not work she tries to ruin them ..in short she is a very cunning and dangerous woman.
Of course this doesnt even cover the extent of what I have been going through but you get the point.

What can I do to protect myself, my career, my life ..please help me or direct me in the course I must take.

If she has beat you, punched you, physically battered you; I suggest you file a police report. You should work with the police to prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law.

If you find (or have retained possession) of illicit drugs, IMMEDIATELY turn them over to the police. Don't transport them, DO lock or secure them, or just take pictures of them and take the police to them when they arrive.

You should also ask the police how you obtain an order of protection and how to contact domestic abuse victims organizations in your county. They will direct you.

Finally, contact an attorney and have the divorce action instituted. If you delay, you could wind up at room temperature. This s nothing to ignore, as you've previously done. Batterers come in all sexes, races, colors and sizes. So do their victims.
