How would one go about selecting a Class-Action attorney, or firm, for a large consumer fraud, unfair business practices type case?

We have parterships with firms amongst the most prestigious but doing such would be research. You could choose anyone and decide whether you feel comfortable with that attorney, their competence and skill level, etc. But they would also want to see whether you have a case and best to do your research to see if you qualify with a class for such a suit.
