OK so heres my story. I have been working for CVS pharmacy for almost 2 years. I was hired as a cashier and later they started training me as a shift supervisor. Anyway, i made a transfer from a store in VA to TX. In this store all my managers were mean to me i dont know for what reason though. They put me out of schedule for several times and i didn use to work for 2 weeks in a row this happened two times. When i asked them a reason for doing this, they would just say that i am not doing what i am supposed to do, but i think i did all the stuff i had given and my previous manager was very happy with me and he still is. Anyway this morning my manager called me after like 1 week and asked me to come in the morning and work for him i agreed and went to work. Suddenly i see LP guy walk in the store, bought a drink and went into the office. After 5 mins my manger walked out of the office and said if he can have a word with me. He took me to the office where this LP guy was sitting. He told me to have a seat. In the begining he was acting so nice by asking about me and my family and what i do in college and stuff. All of a sudden he goes like BOOM, "You know who i am" i said yes i think you are from LP. After this he started saying rude stuff to scare me. He said i am gonna ask you only 1 time to tell me that what i am here for. I had no efin idea what was he talking about so i said i have no idea .He pressurized to such extent that i got scared to my life, he said that he is guna take me to jail and stuff if i lie to him. Anyway he threw a pack of damaged sunflower seeds towards me and said this is why i am here. At first i didnt even remember what is this stuff but later he showed me the video in which i am doing maintenance and then i take this packet to the damaged section because it is already open(i never opened that thing its not even in the video) i take couple of em out of the packet and put them in my mouth( which i know is against the policy but its not a theft or something) after showing me the video he just started saying alot of s*** which i dont even remember. I tried to defend myself but he didnt even give me a chance to talk. He took out fake confessions from me infront of him that i have done this couple of time before too . He also made me sign some papers "forcefully" in which it says that i owe CVS $3. He gave me another paper to sign which said that he is gona put theft on my background information so nobody hires me again, i protested a little before signing that one but he said that he is gona take other actions against me if i dont sign the paper. I am just a 19 year old student i have a clean record so i just got scared of the consequences but now i think that i shouldnt have signed the papers. As soon as i signed the last paper he told my manager to terminate me. My manager didn waste a second and terminated me on the spot. That LP guy was so rude he treated me like a criminal or a thief. He even said that you should not be seen nowhere near the property again and your manager is going to contact you about your paychecks.THIS WAS SO HUMILIATING I WAS TREATED SO BAD I AM SO ASHAMED OF MYSELF NOW> I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I AM ALREADY STRUGGLING FOR MONEY AND OVER THAT I HAVE LOST MY ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME AND I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO PUT ON MY BACKGROUND ??? WILL I BE ABLE TO WORK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY OR NOT> SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME> I think they just wanted to get rid me of thats they have come up with such BS.
By the way i dont understand how canthese people fire someone??? this is like the most cruel thing you can do to somebody( i would never even think about doing this to anybody). i dont even have money to eat now
( i used to live paycheck to paycheck..I wish somebody fire his ass too so he can realize!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please somebody help me how to get back on track after whatever happened to me.I dont care about cvs anymore but i do care about my future!
