i went into work and was told to meet manager in his office, manager came in and just handed me a termination form and turn in my badge, i looked at him and said, why am i being fired? He responded i dont have to give a reason its an AT WILL job. I've worked for the company for almost 5 years and was promoted lead in less then 8 months after i was hired, got promoted again to supervisor before hitting the 1 year mark because of my hard work an dedication to my job untill now, i've never been written up or been warned just let go. Is there anything i can do of this situation.

Not really.

At will employment means that you can be terminated at any time with or without reason and with or without notice. You can also quit at any time with or without reason and with or without notice.

AS LONG AS the reason for that termination does not violate specifically described law. This termination does not approach that standard.

You can and should file for UI.

i was fired but why then does the company would need with a 4 step disciplinary write ups before getting fired. Step 1. Oral warning. Step 2. Written warning. Step 3. Final Warning. Then Step 4. TERMINATION. I am the first since working there that was fired with no warnings or write ups. I feel it was discrimination.

Well discrimination is a totally new issue that you did not mention initially... why do you think that?

Also... the four step process is a warning system for employees... there is nothing to prevent the employer from giving no warning. Your employment is at will and can be terminated at any time for any reason.... sucks.

(I'm assuming you don't have any kind of contract or union representation)

no i dont...y i also think its discrimination, kinda long story so i'll try to make it short. i worked this company for about 3 years i was promoted to supervisor due to my performance, well the company was bought out by another company, i knew they would probably replace me with one of there own but didnt due to the fact that they thought dont fix whats not broken also because there wasnt really anyone that quailify for my position so they had decided to keep me where i am because of it and because of good recommendation from higher management from old company, but now with my new manager, everyone i work with thinks so that he wants to replace everyone from old company with his but because the old company is a bigger company with a very bigger name with a system we use world wide as well where they do not have this system, therefor he cannot replace everyone. He would treat our agents bad and his good..FAVORITISM...so slowly he is trying to replace old agents and promote his agents in our place. does this make any different

Agree with prior responders. Although favoritism can be described as discrimination, it is not illegal discrimination. We discriminate all the time, for example, I prefer pizza over burgers. :)
