Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse first ever charge-simple possesion

I have court next week so I REALLY need this answer quick. I got pulled over with a couple of friends, and we all had marijuana. The cop asked if there was anything in the car so I just gave him my gram. It was literally a gram, and I spent the night in jail. now I have a court date coming up but it was already less than a month than when I got pulled. I'm scared they're gonna test me in court and if it comes positive I have to stay 30 days? I cant afford a lawyer and ths is my first ever charge, im 17 years old and super scared cause I keep hearing different things): PLEASE HELP.

Appear, plead not guilty, tell the judge you're unemployed (broke, whatever), and request him to appoint a public defender at taxpayer cost.

Then you shut up, admit to nothing, and say you wish to consult your lawyer.

They'll tell you what to do, where to go, you just do as you're told, be polite, dress neat, and meet with the FREE lawyer when they tell you.

Meanwhile, leave ALL dope alone.

If you can't, as k the judge about help, or ask your lawyer how to get help, or seek it by contacting social services agency.

You screw up now, you make a little thing, a bigger thing. Be smart, a lawyer will get ths wiped awy, or plead down to nothing.

I've heard many drug addicts commit burglaries, shoplift, sell the SExXxY, beg on the streets, and other petty crimes to get the money to buy the drugs.

In fact, a lawyer pal of mine said he once defended a street thug/crack dealer.

He was good at getting them off, or got them great deals.

Robin tells the guy, I need $10,000 for this type of case, but you're a preferred clent, so for you, just $7,500.

I need it by 10:30 AM tomorrow, it was about 3:00PM. ( Oh yeah, had to give them deadlines to get paid, otherwise they'd stiff you.)

Dude shows up next day with a few paper lunch sacks, all greasy and crumpled.

Robin doesn't even count it, just says, I'll call you.

Seems as if his client allegedly rolled a few other dealers during the evening.

Robin got him off, dude was shot, almost died, lives in a wheelchair today, and has become a minister.
