First Offender Act

Im 19 and a student at the University of Georgia. I was arrested for LITTERING and UNDAGE POS/FURN ALCH (Im pretty sure this is a MIP or MIC, though I dont know the difference). When I was 17, I was also arrested for an MIP but it was cleared from my record because I paid the fines, completed community service and I was a minor. My question is that, since I already had an MIP and it was cleared from my record (because I was a minor), will my new charges be considered part of the First offender act or will they build off my first MIP. Also, what does the judge usually hand down in cases like these, as far as sentencing goes?

Expect fines. Your juvenile record should not be an issue.
