Okay so last Friday night me and my friends went to a dance. Before the dance we parked in a Street and started to drink. I was sittin in the back left seat and my other 4 friends filled up the rest of the car. The owner of the car was riding in the passengers seat because he was drinkin and we had a sober driver. The cops rolled by and flashed their lights and we all got out of the car. I was the only 18 year old in the car. Only 3 of the 5 got breathalyzed and I was one of them. I blew a .133 and so did my other two friends one of them being the owner of the car. In the end I was cited for an MIP and so was the owner of the car who was not drving but all the others got off with nothing! two werent even breathalyzed! I have a court date in a few months and I don't know what to do the bottle was under my seat but it was put there by one of my friends when the cops came and I was blamed for it Im guessing which is why I got the ticket. Does MIP mean that the bottle was mine? Because the bottle was not mine and if the other 3 kids got let off was it because they were under age. Please Help thanks
