Hello I have a very important question, my girlfriend had her 3 kids taken away from her before i met her and she has been doing everything she is suppose to inoder to get them back but the Judge i believe is biased and it's getting Hard for her..


Now here's the kicker it wasn't suppose to happen but she is pregnant and we will be having my first child in august, a case worker said that the baby might end up being taken away from her after birth.. do they have that right Especially With me being in the picture and being a first time parent I live in a very warm homebody apartment.. plse reply back at [] and I live in NY

No one can predict what CPS will do.
However, once you ESTABLISH paternity, YOU can make the case as to why CPS should return the child to YOUR SOLE CUSTODY.

In cases similar to yours, CPS once the child has been removed from be parent's care, usually won't return the child to the OTHER parent UNLESS he or she ensures the parent u dee sanction won't live with the INNOCENT parent.

I suggest you discuss this matter with several licensed family law attorneys in your county.

You need a lawyer not a message board and if this situation with your Gf is that serious you might reconsider or at least look at this relationship closer
